About Rachael’s

Rachael’s Gifts is a collection of 14 local, family-owned and -operated Hallmark stores across Houston. We carry both national and local product lines curated with our Houston customers in mind. Founded in August of 2000, Rachael’s Gifts aims to help you give voice and caring thoughts to your loved ones throughout all of life’s moments: big and small, happy and sad.

Return Policy

Merchandise accompanied by an original Rachael’s Gifts sales receipt may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition with tags and UPC barcode attached. We require customer information and signature on all returns. Manager approval is required for all returns, and in some circumstances, returns may be refused.

If your purchase was made by credit card, we must process your refund on that specific credit card.

If your purchase was made by check, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and may take up to two weeks before you receive in the mail.

Sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hallmark Gold Crown Rewards Policy

Hallmark Gold Crown Rewards points will be deducted at the time of all returns and exchanges.

Seasonal Items

Seasonal items may not be returned after the close of a season. See stores for specific details, including season beginning and ending dates.

We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made with or without a receipt may be refused. Rachael’s Gifts reserves the right to deny any return.
